It's Friday night! Friday night is tequila night! And it's fish Friday. Marinate salmon filets in soy, brown sugar, lime, ginger and tequila. Oh boy. So good with my staple salad. A few shots of tequila with salt and lime finishes the dinner! I might even make brownies that won't last until the next morning!
I'm don't remember when I started liking tequila. It's good as a marinade, and good in a shot glass.(Shelley)
